Invoices saved = locations × orders per vendor each month × (vendors − 1) × 12. With one partner, each location places one consolidated order instead of one per vendor.
Hours back = invoices saved × your minutes per order, plus about 2 hours a month for each vendor you drop (account setup, statements, chasing backorders).
Dollars = hours back × the hourly cost you entered.
It counts admin time only. Product pricing, freight and the cost of stock-outs aren't included, so this is a conservative number.

How is the savings estimate calculated?
Invoices saved are your locations times orders per vendor each month times the vendors you drop, over 12 months. Hours saved add your minutes per order plus about 2 hours a month per dropped vendor. Dollars are those hours times the hourly cost you enter.
Does the estimate include product savings?
No. The calculator counts admin time only. Product pricing, freight and stock-out costs are not included, so it is a conservative estimate.
